Voicenary provides an Al voice agent that answers calls, books appointments, and captures leads for businesses. Features and functionality may change from time to time.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Transmit spam, abusive content, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. All fees are listed in CAD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.
